Ashish Wilson

24-year-old Ashish comes from the Kollam district of Kerala. He reflects, “Initially, I found it very difficult to communicate. I felt only comfortable hiding behind the screen. Our communication classes in Datsi helped me present my ideas, and gave me the courage to step up!”

Ashish's primary focus lay in the concept of 'Character exaggeration'—a deliberate approach to imbue characters with expressive ideas. His all-time favorite movie is Ice Age, he simply loves the energetic characters and always wanted to infuse similar power into his characters. This led him to develop a new story called Tail Story, which he is currently working on.

Reflecting on his journey, Ashish adds, “I had studied animation before, but it was only after joining Datsi that I truly learned how to breathe life into characters.”
